CKFitnessEnglish uses the information you provide to respond to English-coaching enquiries and support your use of this website.

Enquiries and discovery calls

When you send a chat message, your name, email, enquiry topic and messages are saved in the website database. The owner uses these details to read and respond to your enquiry. A call request is not a confirmed booking.

Cookies and practice progress

A chat cookie lets you return to your conversation on the same browser for 30 days. A separate secure cookie provides access to your saved practice checklist and notes for 90 days after saving. Expired practice plans are removed when the system next saves a plan. Clearing cookies removes your browser access; it does not immediately delete saved chat messages.

Skills checks and sample lessons

Your skills-check answers and sample-lesson writing remain in the current browser session and are not sent to the server. They are only shared with the coach if you choose to send them in chat. The skills check is informal learning feedback, not an official language-level certification.

Hosting and access

Cloudflare hosts the deployed website and database. Owner dashboard access is protected by the configured authentication service. Email alerts are currently inactive. The site does not use advertising trackers.

Your choices

Use the website chat to request access to or deletion of your enquiry information. Include enough information for the owner to verify the request, but avoid sending sensitive personal information. Do not add confidential client, member, health or payment information to chat or practice notes.
